JENNIFER GREENBERG
CO-PRESIDENT & MARKETING

Highly motivated media professional with 18 years of experience in buying and planning Broadcast, Digital, Out of Home, Social, Mobile, and Direct Response media. Strong passion for cultivating client and partner relationships and finding innovative media solutions to achieve business and communication goals. Jennifer is personally affected by suicide.

JUSTIN MILRAD
PRESIDENT & CO-FOUNDER

Justin is a hands-on visionary leader who believes that we each have a responsibility to make the world a better place through tikkun olam. Justin is the CEO of the Berman Center, a mental health and substance abuse intensive outpatient program. Driven by his passion for the Jewish community, Justin is on several Jewish non-profit boards and is involved in the National Young Leadership Program at Jewish Federation. He is member of the Wexner Heritage Program. Justin is personally affected by loss and substance abuse.

Jaime Glazerman, LPC
Education Consultant

Jaime Glazerman, LPC, (she/her) is an Education Consultant at the Blue Dove Foundation, where she is honored to connect the organization’s powerful resources with the communities that need them. Prior to working with Blue Dove, Jaime spent her time learning about and conducting outreach, community-building, and professional education, accumulating more than a decade of experience counseling children, adults, families, couples and groups. She provided play therapy, group education, and family-based treatment for pediatric eating disorders. 

She is particularly passionate about working with pre-teens, teens, young adults and their families and has specialized training and experience working with families affected by eating disorders. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a Masters Degree in Community Counseling from Towson University in Baltimore, Maryland. Jaime enjoys cooking, crafting, and spending time with her husband and two children. She calls Johns Creek home.

Max Hollander
Marketing and Content Manager

Max Hollander (he/him) is the Marketing and Content Manager at the Blue Dove Foundation where he is driven by a desire to help communities create supportive spaces for individuals experiencing mental illness. He focuses his time on content production, resource creation, graphic design, digital communications, social media, and building organizational partnerships. His career so far has led him to opportunities in a wide spectrum of Jewish denominations, working in a variety of mediums. 

With his wealth of Jewish knowledge and collaborative nature, Max helps produce resources and articles that bring the worlds of Judaism and mental wellness together. Max brings his love of Torah and deep appreciation for the exchange of powerful ideas to each role he holds. He lives with his wife, Ruthie, his daughter, Jamila, and their puppy, Momo, in Passaic, NJ and currently is attending RIETS (Rabbi Isaac Elchanan Theological Seminary) and Bernard Revel Graduate School of Judaic Studies where he is pursuing rabbinic ordination.

Carly Coons, LSW
Director of Education and Programming

Carly Coons, LSW, (she/her) is the Director of Education and Programming at the Blue Dove Foundation, leading the organization in curating and creating mental health resources that integrate Judaism and mental wellness into communities with intention. Before joining Blue Dove, Carly built a career in the Jewish community, focusing on youth and summer camp programming. Carly’s work is enriched by her education as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) and a Youth and Teen Mental Health First Aid Instructor. Carly lives in Denver, CO where she’s recharged and motivated by exploring the mountains and with her family and friends.

Sheri Panovka
Communications Director

Sheri has been writing and editing for more than 30 years and currently focuses primarily on mental health, the environment and politics. A native of Chicago, she moved to Atlanta in 1998 and started getting involved in various nonprofits. A mom to two boys in college, she is excited to be a part of the Blue Dove team and the incredible work we are doing.
