Highly motivated media professional with 18 years of experience in buying and planning Broadcast, Digital, Out of Home, Social, Mobile, and Direct Response media. Strong passion for cultivating client and partner relationships and finding innovative media solutions to achieve business and communication goals. Jennifer is personally affected by suicide.

JUSTIN MILRAD
PRESIDENT & CO-FOUNDER

Justin is a hands-on visionary leader who believes that we each have a responsibility to make the world a better place through tikkun olam. Justin is the CEO of the Berman Center, a mental health and substance abuse intensive outpatient program. Driven by his passion for the Jewish community, Justin is on several Jewish non-profit boards and is involved in the National Young Leadership Program at Jewish Federation. He is member of the Wexner Heritage Program. Justin is personally affected by loss and substance abuse.

Gabby Spatt
Founding Chief Executive Officer

Gabby is a dynamic “do-er” who is the driver of the Foundation’s efforts, including our #QuietingTheSilence book and establishing partnerships with other organizations working to address mental health and substance abuse in the Jewish community and beyond. She excels at connecting people with shared interests to work for the greater good. Gabby is personally affected by loss and substance abuse.

Jaime Glazerman, LCP
Education Consultant

Jaime Glazerman, LPC is a Licensed Professional Counselor who is passionate about mental health education and helping people understand their own internal “workings.”  She has a Masters Degree in Community Counseling from Towson University in Baltimore Maryland and more than 10 years of experience counseling children, adults, families, couples and groups.  She is particularly passionate about working with pre-teens, teens, young adults and their families and has specialized training and experience working with families affected by Eating Disorders.  Prior to working with Blue Dove, Jaime enjoyed opportunities to engage in outreach and community as well as professional education.  She is honored and energized to share the valuable resources Blue dove has with the community, both virtually and in person.

Max Hollander
Digital Marketing Manager

Max is a content creator and marketing professional, who has had the chance to share Jewish content across a wide spectrum of denominations in a variety of mediums. He is driven by a love of Torah, a desire to share powerful ideas with others, and a passion for helping communities make space for those experiencing mental illness. Max lives wife Ruthie and his puppy Momo, and attends RIETS and Bernard Revel Graduate School of Judaic Studies.

Education Consultant

Carly Coons is a Licensed Social Worker and a Youth Mental Health First Aid Instructor. She has a passion for working with children, youth, and families in the Jewish community helping to engage and empower them along their journey. Carly has 10 years of experience in program growth and development, communication management, design and implementation of strategic systems, and mental health care in experiential educational settings. Carly has served in many different roles in the youth and camping world in the Denver Jewish community.

Sheri has been writing and editing for more than 30 years and currently focuses primarily on mental health, the environment and politics. A native of Chicago, she moved to Atlanta in 1998 and started getting involved in various nonprofits. A mom to two boys in college, she is excited to be a part of the Blue Dove team and the incredible work we are doing.
